Terms and Conditions for Online Accessory Styling Service

I, accept the following terms and conditions for on-line Accessory Styling Services required by me/my company for myself/on behalf of my company:

1. The on-line Accessory Styling Service fee is paid upon my confirmation that I accept the on-line Accessory Styling Service Terms & Conditions.
2. I agree that the Home Stylist cannot provide me any mood-boards/plans before this fee is paid by me.
3.THE One will provide the on-line Accessory Styling Service for an Accessory Styling Service fee of AED200 (Dirhams two hundred) / KWD20 (Kuwaiti Dinars twenty). This on-line Accessory Styling Service fee (KWD20) is non-refundable and will be used as an online coupon/voucher against the final payment of my on-line Accessory Styling Service.
4. The Minimum Budget Requirement for purchases of accessories is AED200 (Dirhams two hundred) /KWD20 (Kuwaiti Dinars twenty). The on-line Accessory Styling Service fee (AED200/KWD20) will be used against my final on-line Accessory Styling Service payment.
5. The Minimum Budget requirement of AED200/KWD20 is based on Net Sale value paid by me (i.e. Retail Selling Price after deducting all discounts, including Sale discounts or Promotional discounts).
6. The on-line Accessory Styling Service fee (AED200/KWD20) is valid for a period of three months only, from the date of purchase, of the on-line Accessory Styling Service.
7. I am aware, this Styling Service is an online service and all my consultations with the Home Stylist will be conducted on-line only, therefore, the Home Stylist will NOT make any physical visits to the location of my said project/s.
8. I agree to attend an initial on-line consultation on Microsoft Teams with my appointed Home Stylist in order to discuss my requirements and I will ensure that the Accessory Styling brief is correct. I am aware that if I am able to provide a detailed requirement list (for colors/textures/themes etc) at this on-line consultation, it will expedite the work.
9. I am aware I will have two on-line consultations included in the on-line Accessory Styling Service; one at the beginning of this design/service and a second one, where I will be provided with my Accessory Styling mood boards/alternatives. I will provide my feedback from both mood boards/alternatives to the Home Stylist and my Styling Service is finalized. The Home Stylist will then provide me with the final mood board and final Sales quotation with prices.
10. I am aware that the stock of the selected accessory products may run out after a certain time and any delay in my decision may result in having to choose replacement products. Once I am satisfied with the selection, I shall make my final on-line payment using my online coupon/voucher (AED200/KWD20) within 3 days in order to secure my accessory items. If, however, I decide against buying products from THE One, I understand that I may keep the final design information/mood board, but that the online coupon/voucher (AED200/KWD20) will NOT be refunded to me.
11. Once I complete/process my final on-line Accessory Styling Service payment, I will retain my online payment references. I am aware that, thereafter/next day, the After Sales Service (ASS) team will contact me to schedule/confirm my delivery which I will be given for the next available delivery slot.
12.THE One will, however, NOT do any of the following installations: painting or fixing wallpaper, installing ceiling or wall-mounted lighting, mirrors, etc. Similarly, THE One will NOT do any drilling or electrical installations in kitchens or bathrooms.
13. I agree that the delivery for the accessory items I purchase from THE One will be stored, delivered as per THE One policy. I further agree that the normal Exchange policy (I confirm that I have read the details available online) will be applied for the items I have purchased from THE One.
14. I confirm that I have received all the clarifications I needed from THE One and that I am fully aware of the Terms and Conditions and scope of the on-line Accessory Styling Service that will be provided to me.
