DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY

We offer a free 30-day storage facility for purchased products, after which a storage charge of AED30/KWD3/BHD3 per day or AED200/KWD20/BHD20 per week will apply. Storage charges must be paid in full at the store of purchase before products can be released for delivery.
We offer free delivery and assembly services for selected purchases (including VAT), as follows:

Within City Limits of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Kuwait City and Manama:

Free delivery on purchases exceeding AED300/KWD150/BHD100.
Delivery charges for purchases (including VAT) below this amount are AED30/KWD10/BHD10.

Outside city limits of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah:

Free delivery on purchases exceeding AED2000.
Delivery charges for purchases (including VAT) below this amount are AED200.
All our beds incur an assembly charge of AED100/KWD10/BHD10.
Delivery slots are confirmed once full payment has been received or once funds have cleared when paying by cheque.
Delivery slots can only be booked once a full delivery address has been received.
Deliveries can only be made within the country of the store.
Upon booking the delivery, you must inform us of any restrictions at the delivery address.
Should we be unable to deliver due to any restrictions or for any other reason through no fault of our own, or should you cancel your delivery less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or no one’s home when our team arrives, a redelivery charge of AED200/KWD10/BHD20 will apply.
If you change your mind on products already delivered to you within the exchange and refund period, we will collect for a fee of AED200/KWD10/BHD20.
We do not collect or dispose of old or unwanted furniture.
Due to building regulations, we are unable to hang any lighting or wall-mount any product.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

At THE One, we try to be as flexible as possible should you discover that you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase. That's why we give you 14 days from the delivery date to return it to us (in its original packaging – not applicable to furniture – and with your original receipt) and we'll happily exchange it or give you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery or returned not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Delivery and assembly charges are unfortunately non-refundable and some products may not be returned, such as opened CDs, vinyl records, bed linen and curtains as well as unwrapped mattresses, duvets and pillows. Of course, if any product has a manufacturing defect, we will immediately fix or exchange it or give you a refund.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

THE Special One Gift cards

This gift card is valid only at THE One Online store having validity for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. It entitles the bearer to purchase home fashion and accessories totaling the value originally loaded on the card or the outstanding balance after each use. This is a virtual card and must be purchased prior to transactions and cannot be refunded nor exchanged for cash or credit. Shipping to the United Arab Emirates only. Other terms and conditions apply as per THE One’s policy.
